Honda P/N 19200-MZ1-315 94-95 CB1000 Water Pump Overhauled RARE p/n 19200-MZ1-315, With Front Cover P/N 19221-MZ1-305. This pump is obsolete from Honda. All new parts except housing and impeller. The pump assembly has also been Alodine'd (light gold tint) which is an aircraft grade anti-corrosion coating that bonds with the aluminum surface. This is also an excellent prep if you choose to paint. This auction is for the outright purchase of this overhauled pump and required O-rings, no exchange is necessary. Priority shipping in the lower 48 only on overhauled pumps, email me for other locations. NOTE: This pump has a pit on the hose connection, see photo, and will not affect operation, it is behind where the hose clamp will be. I suggest that you fill with JB Weld, which works well. Part # = 19200-MZ1-315 Part Description = WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY - (replaces 19200-MZ1-305) Model Count = 2 CB1000-R 1994 1000 CB1000 Street CB1000-S 1995 1000 CB1000 Street Part # = 19221-MZ1-305 OEM style bearing with precision laser cut slot for oil pump tang, ceramic/carbon seal set, lip seal and O-rings, see photo of parts. Please read my life time warranty below. I have spent 3+ years working on this and have been able to find a company to manufacture the correct bearing, including the U slot cut precisely with a laser. It is not machined or ground out with unknown dimensions, it is very accurately centered and fits with the same tolerances as Honda has used. I have included one of my test pumps in the photos. Like my test pump, all overhauled pumps will be cleaned and micro bead blasted, assembled with care and then tested for leaks, like the photo. I run them for 20 to 30 minutes and verify there are NO leaks. If you have a press and are able, I also sell a parts kit that will include a specially made tool and detailed instructions. Due to the unknown and the possibility for damage etc. there is no warranty on the kit. I inspect every kit before shipping. LIFETIME WARRANTY: The advantage of having me rebuild your pump, or purchasing an assembled pump, is that I will give you a lifetime warranty. If the pump ever leaks at the weep hole, I will repair and ship back to you at no charge. This does NOT cover the cost of removing the pump, shipping back to me or ANY misc. damage. ALL overhauled water pumps and kits ship to the lower 48 by USPS priority mail. Likewise, small parts, NOS, New and even many used parts will also ship for free.
MISC. ITEMS CATEGORY:
Misc. items are non-Honda related. Some do have free shipping, and some do not. The larger items generally do not include shipping. We will work with you on any of these items, please contact us for information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please contact us prior to purchase with your location. The cost of shipping will be the actual cost. No handling or other fees apply. We are working on our site to include these fees.
SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:

RETURNS:
Anything we sell can be returned, no problem, but these are our requirements. Part(s) can not have been installed, damaged or have original packaging missing. We inspect ALL parts prior to shipping and often take more photos. We must be able to relist it to sell again to others. Shipping costs us, so it will be deducted from the refund. We charge NO restocking fees etc. We request you be honest about returns and ask questions before your purchase if not positive the part will fit or work for you. We are always willing to help with part fit and applicability etc.

WATER PUMP KITS:
The parts of these kits have a warranty and if defects are found before you start your overhaul, we will work with you for sure. We provide detailed instructions with our kits and if follow very closely you should have no problems. NOTE: This process does require a hydraulic press as well as an assortment of tools to use with the press. I usually send instructions just prior to shipping the kit, so if you read them and decide it is not something you want to tackle, let us know before we ship the kit.
