Honda VT1100, VT700, VT750, VT800 Shadow & PC800 Pacific Coast.  Water Pump Overhaul Parts Kit like OEM.   All new parts, OEM style bearing, main seal set and O-rings.  This kit fits the following Honda models: 84-87 VT700C, 83 VT750C, 88 VT800C, 85-94 VT1100C Shadows and the 88 PC800C Pacific Coast, detailed list below.  This is a kit of all the necessary parts required to overhaul your water pump.   Please use the compatible list to verify this will fit your model, which is in addition to what I have listed in my text above.  I am adding new models when I can confirm the fit and function.  If you don't see your model, please contact me and I may have your model in work.  Thanks

NOTE:  The models I have listed are models I have confirmed, but as these bikes are 30+ years old, they may have an incorrect pump installed, or from a different year.  If my kit has a part that is the incorrect size, usually the spring seal or front cover o-ring, email me and I will send what you need at no charge.  Thanks

This task WILL require a hydraulic press, it cannot be done any other way.   Please make sure you, and/or your mechanic, understand the requirements to overhaul your pump.  One photo shows the interface with the oil pump, which is critical as is the height of the impeller.

I will include a machined aluminum tool with each kit sold that will make this overhaul possible. Because I designed this tool and manufacture it, I have not included a photo.  They are made on my CNC lathe and CNC mill to insure accuracy and repeatability.  Also included is a "How To"  document that will prevent you from making some of the mistakes I have.

I have spent well over a year working on this and have been able to find a company to manufacture the correct bearing, including the U slot cut precisely with a laser.  It is not machined or ground out with unknown dimensions, it is very accurately centered and fits with the same tolerances as Honda has used.  Also, the main seal is like the one you remove in that the strip of sealant is applied, blue or green band, so no sealer will be needed there.

The kits I sell do not have a warranty unless you find a defective part before assembly.  The advantage of having me rebuild your pump, or purchasing an exchange pump is that I will give you a lifetime warranty.  If the pump ever leaks at the weep hole, I will repair and ship back to you at no charge.  This does NOT cover the cost of removing the pump, shipping back to me or ANY misc. damage.  Do remember it is up to you to maintain the cooling system in very good working order and always use distilled water when mixing with antifreeze.

ALL overhauled water pumps and kits ship to the lower 48 by USPS priority mail.  Likewise, small parts, NOS, New and even many used parts will also ship for free. 

MISC. ITEMS CATEGORY:

Misc. items are non-Honda related.  Some do have free shipping, and some do not.  The larger items generally do not include shipping. We will work with you on any of these items, please contact us for information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Please contact us prior to purchase with your location. The cost of shipping will be the actual cost. No handling or other fees apply.  We are working on our site to include these fees.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:

Almost all items are shipped within 24 hours, except weekends.  

RETURNS:

Anything we sell can be returned, no problem, but these are our requirements.  Part(s) can not have been installed, damaged or have original packaging missing.  We inspect ALL parts prior to shipping and often take more photos.  We must be able to relist it to sell again to others.  Shipping costs us, so it will be deducted from the refund.  We charge NO restocking fees etc.  We request you be honest about returns and ask questions before your purchase if not positive the part will fit or work for you.  We are always willing to help with part fit and applicability etc.

The advantage of having us overhaul your pump, or purchasing an overhauled pump from us, is that we will give you a lifetime warranty.  If the pump ever leaks at the weep hole, we will repair it and ship back to you at no charge.  This does NOT cover the cost of removing the pump, shipping back to us or ANY misc. damage.  Do remember it is up to you to maintain the cooling system in particularly good working order and always use distilled water when mixing with antifreeze.  This warranty is subject to the condition of the returned pump.

WATER PUMP KITS:

The parts of these kits have a warranty and if defects are found before you start your overhaul, we will work with you for sure.  We provide detailed instructions with our kits and if follow very closely you should have no problems.  NOTE: This process does require a hydraulic press as well as an assortment of tools to use with the press.  I usually send instructions just prior to shipping the kit, so if you read them and decide it is not something you want to tackle, let us know before we ship the kit.
