Honda P/N 19200-MEL-020, 2004-2005 CBR1000RR Hurricane, Water Pump Overhauled   No Cover.($25 core credit and rebate of shipping up to $17 with exchange).   New spring seal, lip seal and O-rings for installation. It is missing the center plate 19231-MEL-300, but you can use your old one. The pump assembly has also been Alodine'd (light gold tint) which is an aircraft grade anti-corrosion coating that bonds with the aluminum surface.  This is also an excellent prep if you choose to paint.  The front cover was in very good condition and has the original paint.  This auction is for the outright purchase of this overhauled pump, front cover and required O-rings,  exchange is necessary.   USPS Priority shipping in the lower 48 only on overhauled pumps, email me for other locations.

LIFETIME WARRANTY: The advantage of having me rebuild your pump, or purchasing an assembled pump, is that I will give you a lifetime warranty.  If the pump ever leaks at the weep hole, I will repair and ship back to you at no charge.  This does NOT cover the cost of removing the pump, shipping back to me or ANY misc. damage.  Do remember it is up to you to maintain the cooling system in very good working order and always use distilled water when mixing with antifreeze.

SHIPPING:

ALL overhauled water pumps and kits ship to the lower 48 by USPS priority mail.  Likewise, small parts, NOS, New and even many used parts will also ship for free. 

MISC. ITEMS CATEGORY:

Misc. items are non-Honda related.  Some do have free shipping, and some do not.  The larger items generally do not include shipping. We will work with you on any of these items, please contact us for information.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Please contact us prior to purchase with your location. The cost of shipping will be the actual cost. No handling or other fees apply.  We are working on our site to include these fees.

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:

Almost all items are shipped within 24 hours, except weekends.  

RETURNS:

Anything we sell can be returned, no problem, but these are our requirements.  Part(s) can not have been installed, damaged or have original packaging missing.  We inspect ALL parts prior to shipping and often take more photos.  We must be able to relist it to sell again to others.  Shipping costs us, so it will be deducted from the refund.  We charge NO restocking fees etc.  We request you be honest about returns and ask questions before your purchase if not positive the part will fit or work for you.  We are always willing to help with part fit and applicability etc.

WATER PUMP KITS:

The parts of these kits have a warranty and if defects are found before you start your overhaul, we will work with you for sure.  We provide detailed instructions with our kits and if follow very closely you should have no problems.  NOTE: This process does require a hydraulic press as well as an assortment of tools to use with the press.  I usually send instructions just prior to shipping the kit, so if you read them and decide it is not something you want to tackle, let us know before we ship the kit.
