Honda V65 VF1100C Magna, VF1100S Sabre, MORE Water Pump NEW BRASS INLET FITTING

Honda V65 Magna & Sabre, VF1100C & VF1100S, VF750, VF700 and many other V4’s NEW Machined Brass Inlet Fitting, this inlet fitting was only sold with a new inlet cover p/n 19220-MB4-000 and is also not displayed in the Honda parts illustrations.   My last photo shows one of my fittings installed, the cover is NOT included in this listing, it is just to show you one installed.

Listing is only for qty 1 CNC machined brass inlet fitting and the O-ring to install it.

Brass Inlet Fitting:  I have worked a great deal to make a CAD drawing of the inlet fitting and then CNC machine them to the same dimensions as the original Honda fitting.  From over 50 pumps I have worked on, only about 5 have had really good original fittings.  The fitting is very prone to corrosion, not hard to see that in all the inlet covers listed for sale.  No need to buy a used cover just to get a good inlet hose fitting.  This fitting is threaded and can be easily removed with a 30mm wrench.  Originally Honda installed them with a light coat of Honda Bond on all the threads and the O-ring, I highly recommend this sealant.

I also will have a listing for the seal, brass fitting and other O-rings needed to repair your pump.

I am 99% sure this fitting will fit all The Honda VF V4 mid 80's models of water pumps.  I have used it on VF750, VF700 and a VF1000 pumps.  It is also very possible that it will fit V twins VT1100 VT500 & VT700 etc. in the mid 80's.  If you have a bike you’re not sure about, e-mail me and I will do some checking.

Note: The thread size is 24mm X 1.5 pitch, the hose size is 22mm or 7/8 inch, in case someone can use this for non-motorcycle applications.

ALL overhauled water pumps and kits ship to the lower 48 by USPS priority mail.  Likewise, small parts, NOS, New and even many used parts will also ship for free.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME:

Almost all items are shipped within 24 hours, except weekends.  

RETURNS:

Anything we sell can be returned, no problem, but these are our requirements.  Part(s) can not have been installed, damaged or have original packaging missing.  We inspect ALL parts prior to shipping and often take more photos.  We must be able to relist it to sell again to others.  Shipping costs us, so it will be deducted from the refund.  We charge NO restocking fees etc.  We request you be honest about returns and ask questions before your purchase if not positive the part will fit or work for you.  We are always willing to help with part fit and applicability etc.

OVERHAULED WATER PUMPS:

The advantage of having us overhaul your pump, or purchasing an overhauled pump from us, is that we will give you a lifetime warranty.  If the pump ever leaks at the weep hole, we will repair it and ship back to you at no charge.  This does NOT cover the cost of removing the pump, shipping back to us or ANY misc. damage.  Do remember it is up to you to maintain the cooling system in particularly good working order and always use distilled water when mixing with antifreeze.  This warranty is subject to the condition of the returned pump.

WATER PUMP KITS:

The parts of these kits have a warranty and if defects are found before you start your overhaul, we will work with you for sure.  We provide detailed instructions with our kits and if follow very closely you should have no problems.  NOTE: This process does require a hydraulic press as well as an assortment of tools to use with the press.  I usually send instructions just prior to shipping the kit, so if you read them and decide it is not something you want to tackle, let us know before we ship the kit.
